We are seeking an experienced academic/industry specialist with experience of the UK and/or global fashion industry, with knowledge of Fashion Management with specific focus on merchandising, fashion analytics and strategic management.
You will hold a relevant degree in a related subject area, ideally coupled with postgraduate qualifications or evidence that you are prepared to continue your own education through research and continued professional development. A qualification in the HE sector is also an advantage.
You will possess an excellent understanding of the subject as well as knowledge of the current professional practice within the fashion and associated industries and an ability to communicate this knowledge to others.
As a Senior Lecturer you will teach across our undergraduate and postgraduate courses to further strengthen the team. You will also be required to contribute to a range of modules across the subject area and should be able to offer the required attributes as detailed in the attached person specification below.
