You will lead on the planning, design and development of modules and curriculum (including adaptions resulting from DfE mandated frameworks) to deliver a range of high-quality teaching materials and associated student assessment activities. As a subject specialist in Art and Design, you will also have programme management and curriculum leadership responsibilities, including support to partnership schools and supervision of practice-based learning for students.You will hold a relevant undergraduate degree with QTS, or PGCE (QTS) with a track record of successful Art and Design teaching in a Secondary school and preferably a second subject specialism, along with experience at teaching undergraduate level and above – or delivering equivalent relevant professional training and development.
