IATA is more than a trade association; it is a vision of a better future for air travel.About the team you are joiningThe IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program Office is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and continuous evolution of the IOSA Program worldwide.We seek a Senior Manager, Auditor Management and Training, to manage and co-lead the auditor management and training strategy and programs, reporting to the Head, IOSA.What your day would be likeYou will be responsible for deploying a comprehensive auditor management and training program. As such, along with one peer, you will be in charge of activities ranging from recruiting and onboarding of auditors, to developing and delivering training to performance management and data management.Your responsibilities will include:

  • In collaboration with internal stakeholders, maintain a forecast for the audit program’s auditor needs to ensure reliable auditor supply.
  • Develop and deliver initial and recurrent trainings to approx. 200 auditors worldwide. Continuously improve the training to ensure it remains current with latest program developments and addresses customer feedback.
  • Recruit auditors and maintain master list of approved auditors, including auditor qualification approvals.
  • Administrate auditor related information.
  • Manage, curate and analyze auditor data.
  • Develop and deliver trainings to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead or participate in projects to optimize program efficiencies.
  • Support activities to grow the program across the global airline industry.
  • Develop and deliver commercial trainings addressing industry stakeholders such as airlines, as needed.

We would love to hear from you ifyou have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

  • 7 years’ experience in airline operations, such as Training, Quality Assurance, Flight Operations, Ground Handling, Safety.
  • Strong auditing experience; experience as IOSA or ISAGO auditor and/or instructor desirable.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills/stage presence.
  • Creative team player with ability to work in a high-pressure environment addressing multiple time zones.
  • Excellent English skills; other languages would be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency. Aptitude to data management and project management would be an advantage.
