Job Description:We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to head our Finance & Accounting department. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of financial administration and an ability to steer corporate financial reporting, market financial reporting, and manage payroll.Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, your key role will be leading external audit engagements, ensuring timely delivery of audited financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax, regulatory, government, and legal requirements. Implementing effective risk management practices, policies, and procedures in support of payroll and accounting will be another important aspect of your role.Responsibilities: * Lead and manage Corporate and Market financial reporting and payroll.

• Lead the delivery of audited financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, government and legal requirements.
• Implement effective risk management practices, policies and procedures.
• Lead a team of 11, providing oversight and guidance for 3 direct reports across the Corporate, Market and Payroll teams.
• Ensure demonstrable transparency in communication and provide complete and accurate information to stakeholders, Executive Leadership Team, Audit Committee, Board of Directors, market participants, and governments for decision-making.

Requirements:Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA is a must.
• Proven experience of 10+ years in a similar senior management role.
• Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, risk management and forecasting methods.
• Impeccable understanding of financial laws and guidelines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with various stakeholders.
