We are looking for a motivated, proactive candidate who is full of ideas that can help drive the organisation forward and build a digital health community.

You will join a dynamic, diverse, fun, and respectful international work environment with opportunities to further grow and develop.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage the operation of DIGITALEUROPE’s Executive Council for Health driving thought leadership and high-level engagement;
  • Lead the work of the Digital Health Working Group and coordinate if needed other relevant working groups such as AI, Data and Privacy WGs;
  • Ensure the functioning of bi-monthly working group meetings and with senior staff to drive consensus in the group and support in the development of position papers and other materials, including research and analysis;
  • Be on top of EU policy developments of relevance in particular the implementation of the EHDS or other digital files affecting healthcare, i.e. AI and Data Acts;
  • Prepare and implement outreach and communication activities, build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders;
  • Cooperate closely with our recruitment team to continue to grow our membership base and build a digital health community.

Required competencies and skills

  • Ability to collaborate and provide support to our policy team;
  • Can demonstrate and learn an expertise on the digital and health issues;
  • An expertise of the GDPR and function of the European Data Protection Board would be seen as an important advantage;
  • Master level University education with 2+ years of relevant work experience is an advantage;
  • Can track legislative movements in the EC, EP, and Council;
  • Proven track record of driving thought-leadership and public speaking;
  • Strong integrity and the ability to be a good facilitator handling different views;
  • Self-driven and organised.
