We have two roles available in our Papua New Guinea programs.  These roles are open to both international and national candidates.

About the Program:
The Economic and Social Infrastructure Program (ESIP) is an Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) program implemented by DT Global.
Under strategic direction from DFAT officials at the Australian High Commission in PNG, ESIP is delivering a range of activities and policy initiatives in the energy, telecommunications and water sectors. ESIP is also supporting PNG’s state-owned enterprise performance improvement program and delivering social infrastructure planning, design and construction services. Gender equity, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI) and social and environmental safeguards are a focus of the program and are mainstreamed across ESIP’s activities and operations.

Senior Manager People & Culture for ESIP

About You                  
Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director and Director People & Culture, the Senior Manager – People & Culture will oversee and lead all human resource (HR) management aspects of ESIP. This position will work closely with the Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, Director of People & Culture, and other senior managers to ensure effective management of the human resources function. The role will also be responsible for delivering key ESIP milestones, goals, and initiatives in a timely and compliant manner.

About the Program:
The PNG–Australia Transport Sector Support Program (TSSP) is a critical, high-priority Australian investment that stands to make a major contribution to PNG development outcomes.
Working closely with the Government of PNG (GoPNG), TSSP3 will build on the significant body of achievements, lessons, and relationships from the past 15 years of operation and will continue to contribute to the achievement of the overarching goal of:
‘A more effective, efficient, and inclusive transport system, enabling the economic and social development of PNG.’

Senior Manager People & Culture for TSSP

About You
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Manager – People & Culture will oversee and lead all human resource (HR) management aspects of TSSP3. This role will coordinate and collaborate closely with the Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader and other senior managers to ensure the human resources function is effectively managed whilst achieving critical program milestones, goals and initiatives.
