Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, Philanthropy, you will design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies focused on individual giving. You will oversee key programs, including:

• Major Donors & Community Leaders – Build and nurture relationships with high-impact donors.
• Direct Response & Legacy Giving – Develop innovative campaigns to inspire giving.
• Endowment Fund Development – Ensure sustainable funding for long-term impact.
• Work closely with senior leadership, volunteers, and donors to advance fundraising efforts while aligning with strategic goals.
• Develop and oversee a strategic fundraising plan that maximizes impact.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, workplace partners, and key community stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of fundraising professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling donor engagement materials.
• Utilize CRM and data analytics to enhance donor stewardship and fundraising results.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial goals, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership & Strategy – 7+ years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or major gifts.
• Passion for Impact – A strong commitment to community building and social good.
• Relationship Builder – Proven success in securing major gifts and fostering donor relationships.
• Strong Communicator – Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
• Innovative Thinker – Ability to develop and implement creative fundraising initiatives.
• Team Player – Experience leading diverse teams, volunteers, and stakeholders.
