Gérer généralement deux services spécialisés ou plus composés de personnes assumant des rôles de supervision et de direction, de personnel de fonction et d’un nombre important de membres du personnel assurant un soutien opérationnel.Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?In this role, you will be responsible for use case development and reporting of KPIs within the Digital Components and Platforms team, consisting of Identity, Security and Digital Money Management portfolios, while also identifying emerging opportunities to support the development of strategy and roadmaps.You’ll be working closely with internal and industry partners to understand the client experience and business needs. You will assist the Product Owner to deliver clear requirements to project teams who will bring the vision to life.You have technical aptitude with digital solutions and solid communication skills to drive the product discussions from research and use case design to release management and Go-to-Market strategies.What will you do?
- Participate in the research/discovery of product enhancements, new use case patterns and keep abreast of and report on market trends.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of product development; including ideation, design, development, implementation and validation
- Work with internal teams and industry to build Identity, Access and Security product enhancements to provide a secure user experience for financial data-sharing, while maintaining RBC market leadership.
- Develop, implement and manage product onboarding request and approval procedures to ensure line of business stakeholders can integrate efficiently into the specific products.
- Define product reporting vision and strategies for various line of business stakeholders and the DCP product team.
- Represent the team to line of business stakeholders by communicating effectively our vision and strategy of each product, taking into consideration the nuances of each use case.
- Become an expert on product demonstrations, use case development and triage and line of business onboarding.
- Collaborate with Functional Risk partners on identifying, documenting and following through on assessments through to approval.
What do you need to succeed?Must Have:
- Must have Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business
- 2 years of experience as a product manager
- Strong data and analytics background
- An aptitude for curiosity with technical solutions (APIs, Mobile)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creative and conceptual thinker as well as, strong attention to detail and organization skills
