This role is central to identifying, developing, and executing strategies that meet our talent needs, while also overseeing a high-performing team responsible for end-to-end recruiting. From research and pipeline building to candidate assessment and offer management, this position requires a breadth of expertise. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners is essential for success, alongside the ability to prioritize effectively, challenge the status quo, and provide exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, this role also plays a key part in Clio’s Talent strategy, including Strategic Workforce planning and Succession planning. We pride ourselves on being close partners with stakeholders across the business, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both prospects and employees.What you’ll work on:Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior-level hiring managers in Engineering and Product, as well as key stakeholders at leadership levels across the business, to build and scale our technical talent acquisition function.Direct and guide the Technical Talent Acquisition Team, including manager(s) and recruiters, utilizing data to monitor performance and achieve targets.Ensure that technical hiring targets are met or exceeded according to plan, and that changes/deviations are communicated to the Talent Acquisition Director, early and often.Own requisition management and reporting for the Technical Talent Acquisition Team, including improving overall metrics across the business that help inform strategic decisions, workforce planning, and allocation of resources.Collaborate with Engineering and Product business leaders to accelerate our processes for hiring, interviewing, and ensuring a uniformly positive candidate experience.Identify new avenues to attract talent; assess and modify strategies based on resource effectiveness.Develop and implement online and offline employer-branding strategies and activities.Manage and evaluate all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication).Manage, train, and evaluate Talent Acquisition Manager(s) and the broader Technical Talent Acquisition team.Implement executive searches of VPs, C-level, upper and senior management positions (and other positions, as directed).Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for job postings, recruiting, and screening candidates.What you bring:Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle Technical Talent Acquisition teams (including managers) and employer branding initiatives.Minimum 5 years management experience with strong people management skills.7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth and dynamic technology organizations.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS databasesExcellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates).Relevant work experience in multi-location and global organizations preferred.Advanced skills in change management and consultation; serves as a change agent, influencing positive transformation.Strong proficiency in leveraging data-driven talent insights for informed decision-making.Strong prioritization skills and accountability.Bonus points if you have:Experience with Workday ATS and GemWhat you will find here:Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time.
