We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Municipal Water Project Manager interested in joining and growing our infrastructure team in London, ON. Working with other members of our team, you will champion the delivery of high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations and delivering planned profits. You will also be a strong safety proponent /leader for our safety policies and our culture of caring.You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model that includes flexible work hours, working from home and in our downtown London, ON office.As the Successful Candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Project management and delivery of preliminary and detailed design for municipal water and wastewater servicing projects
  • Managing, planning, organizing work with technical groups in the delivery of project deliverable requirements including scope, fee, schedule, quality, health and safety, risk management, and change management plans
  • Tracking, controlling, and reporting on project performance
  • Timely invoicing and cash collection
  • Developing, mentoring, and empowering the project team, including junior staff and junior engineers
  • Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients
  • Providing support to business development and strategic initiatives, including preparation of proposals
  • Profile
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering from accredited university
  • Minimum of 10+ years of broad and extensive technical, administrative and project experience within consulting companies, specifically in municipal water /wastewater systems (distribution, conveyance, treatment plants, pumping stations, etc.)
  • Licensed to practice as a Professional Engineer in Ontario and/or other provinces
  • Strong water & wastewater technical background, including extensive knowledge of all project phases (including conceptual design, pre-design, detailed design, and construction administration)
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, business development and client liaison experience
  • Excellent, innovative, and practical customer service and a commitment to technical excellence
  • Ability to solve problems, complete assigned tasks efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
