As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Operations team, with a focus on standardizing and streamlining processes, and elevating our people and branch operations.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and achieve operational KPIs and business plan objectives
• Oversee and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization to increase operational profitability
• Work closely with the Controller to lead integration of new entities, processes, and systems
• Manage key operations of the business including inventory management and distribution, service throughput, logistics, and quality control
• Develop and implement business plan initiatives with the Service and Parts teams to achieve departmental objectives
• Ensure compliance with standards within the Service and Parts departments to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Coach, develop, and drive the operations team to higher levels of success
• Meet with operations and business unit leaders on a regular basis
• Provide reports to senior management

Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline
• Proven leadership ability with at least five years of parts and/or service management experience
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Superior organizational skills and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Adept at multitasking and managing conflicting priorities
• Confident self-starter with the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity
• Team player with the ability to establish respect amongst peers and reports
