Rokt’stars constantly strive to raise the bar, pushing the envelope of what is possible.We are looking for a People PartnerCompensation:Toronto: $132,000-$162,000 CADNew York: $176,000-$210,000 USDYou must be located in Toronto or New York (with Canadian Compliance knowledge) to be considered for this role.AfterSell by Rokt is looking for an HRBP to partner closely with senior business leaders to understand the broader strategic objectives and determine relevant talent management strategies that drive performance, promote the culture and make Rokt a great place to work.About the role:

• Partner with senior team leaders across the business and C-Suite executives to execute human capital strategy in line with business objectives
• Develop strategic effective relationships with senior leaders to provide coaching and influence matters relating to People and L&D
• Be the liaison between Team Leads, L&D, and People Operations – funneling back findings to the L&D and People Operations team to develop a course of action
• Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights and proactively convert these insights into recommendations. Collaborate with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organizational strategy and meet business objectives
• Partner on all employee relations matters including adherence to policy, grievances, and voluntary and involuntary terminations. Work collaboratively with business leaders and legal partners to develop and execute resolution strategies
• Advise on all performance management concerns; Provide expertise related to performance management and work side by side with people leaders on managing performance management processes
• Manage all offboarding processes (including exit interviews)
• Build, recommend, and implement new initiatives from beginning to finish with minimal assistance or support
• Maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s strategic goals and key initiatives

RequirementsAbout you:

• Ability to prioritize and effectively anticipate and respond to issues as they arise
• High level of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
• Data-driven and detail-oriented
• Proactive willingness to identify a problem, find a solution, and see it through to implementation from start to finish with full ownership of the process
