Linde Inc.Job Overview:We are searching for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team.Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and process support of HyCO plants in Americas region.
• Responsible for HyCO plants efficiency/performance monitoring, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Process optimization at plant or enclave level to maximize operating profit.
• Identify capacity/efficiency improvement projects.
• Design and implement small improvement projects.
• Develop plant operations monitoring/troubleshooting tools utilizing process data and support fleet wide implementation.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for H2PSA units.

QualificationsQualifications:

• Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or a related position.
• Employer will accept a PhD in the above stated fields in meeting the education requirement.
• Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following:

• Operations and engineering experience in the industrial gas, chemicals, refining/ petrochemical, and steam generation industries.
• Assessing plant performance and reconciling performance based on process modeling and data analysis.
• Process, engineering, and operational experience with Hydrogen Process Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology provided by multiple Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
• Process, Design, and Operational experience of HyCO process technologies.
• Process controls and optimization, and systems tools to optimize plant performance and experience with advanced process control technology implementation at Operation facilities.
• Process modeling using Unisim and Aspen Plus, Aspen Adsim; and Cryogenic, Absorption and adsorption separation technologies.
