Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionJob Description and ResponsibilitiesVisa is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for the Visa Direct Backoffice product team within the larger Commercial Money Movement Services organization. This role is based in our London Paddington office and reports to the Director of Product Management, Backoffice. This team oversees a diverse array of services and platforms managing the treasury, FX , Compliance , Payment operations and reconciliation functions.This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders from Business (Treasury, Legal Compliance, Payment Operations, Customer Service) both within CMS/MMS and beyond. Ideal candidates will have robust product management experience, agile SDLC, cross-functional team leadership, and excellent skills in communications, business analysis, problem-solving, coordination, process excellence, and change management. A customer-first mindset is essential and experience working closely other product managers is also a must.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their and their client’s needs
- Evaluate stakeholder feedback and work with other Product managers to address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement
- Responsible for defining the product roadmap per quarter and providing updates on progress
- Provide recommendations for product (or network strategy) and associated roadmap based on business, market need and performance through analysis of new product features
- Participate in feature prioritisation: Present the vision to the teams, highlight any upcoming milestones and approve prioritised quarterly objectives
- Manage a team of product owners, helps to coordinate on dependency items and ensures prioritisation of features and stories is in line with the vision and objectives
- Lead workshops for stakeholders where necessary
- Collaborate with business and technology experts to define scope, create estimates, develop budgets, and produce necessary documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate status updates to stakeholders, host regular cross-organizational management briefings.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Identify and manage dependencies and impacts.
- Adopt agile processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR PhD with 3+ years of experience in customer facing products
- Expertise in strategy development, global product development, end-to-end product lifecycle management, stakeholder relationship management, data analysis and validation, product testing, and developing go-to-market and pricing strategy.
- Excellent planning, problem solving, organisation, analytical and issue resolution skills
