This position can be based in Billund, Denmark (preferred) or London, UK

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for representing the voice of the user and customer, translating audience needs and pain points into tangible product benefits

  • Synthesize market, competitive, and audience insights, facilitating the adoption of these insights across functions

  • Develop compelling product value propositions, positioning, and messaging that resonate with our audiences and align with our brand

  • Translate product value propositions into relevant positioning and messaging for the at-home learning segment

  • Create topline forecasts using both qualitative and quantitative data to form robust assumptions

  • Develop launch strategies and plans in collaboration with the Head of Product for @home, LEGO Retail colleagues, and the LEGO Agency

  • Drive focus on strategic business priorities, track progress, and suggest corrective measures as needed

You will become part of a Product Marketing Team in LEGO Education that is responsible for bringing products to market. LEGO Education focuses on delivering quality learning outcomes that develop 21st century skills by bringing play into learning!

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with major international brands and matrix organizations, spanning functions like innovation and go to market strategy across retail and digital channels

  • Thrive in a collaborative and creative environment, managing multiple high-paced workstreams across a diverse portfolio with both innovation and go-to-market deliverables

  • Motivated to work in a small, agile cross-functional team that drives pioneering innovation for LEGO Education.

  • Extensive direct-to-consumer marketing experience with a focus on retail & digital marketing, including solid understanding of customer journeys to develop effective consumer-facing strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of digital ecosystems and how audiences interact with them to drive direct-to-consumer impact

  • Proven ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams across markets, branding, design, engineering, etc

  • Confident and trustworthy colleague with outstanding partner management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for delivering results through people

  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to connect and consolidate multiple data sources and insights to drive decision making.

  • Test & learn mentality, always seeking efficiencies and optimal approaches through key findings

  • Experience navigating a large, matrixed organization and working within an agile process

  • Willingness to travel, with an expectation of approximately 6-8 international trips per year
