Your role in a nutshellAs a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in stimulating business opportunities in our target markets by closely collaborating with the marketing and business development departments.Your mission? – Contribute decisively to the product vision, short and long-term strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders
– Gather and manage customer and business requirements to inform the product vision and backlog
– Plan, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, according to product strategy, implementation considerations, and business value
– Lead Agile ceremonies to guide implementation and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks and is aligned on the vision and priorities
– Act as the main contact with the customer: regular communication, feedback, satisfaction, expectation management
– Work closely with the design team in an iterative design process to help define and improve product design
– Work closely with the engineering and management team to ensure that business case and customer satisfaction objectives are met
– Support customers in their change management initiatives when adopting Airudi’s artificial intelligence solutions
– Instill a Product-first mindset in engineering partners
– Provide guidance and support to the development team
– Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
– Research and analyze market, our competitors, the users, and the industry
– Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsWhat our ideal candidate should have
– Previous working experience as Product Owner (at least 5 years)
– Experience with Jira
– Proficiency in French and English (that’ll allow you to interact with all of our North American, European, and African clients)
– Degree or work experience in related field (computer science, supply chain management, etc.)
– In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
– Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
– Attention to detail
– PO certification an asset
