Position Overview
The Pan American Development Foundation is recruiting a Senior Program Associate for its headquarters office in Washington D.C. to assist in the implementation of a portfolio of projects in the thematic area of Civil Society and Human Rights.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Program Associate will be required to support various tasks and assignments, including day-to-day project management duties, budget management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning, communication and outreach, proposal development, and other assigned tasks. The Senior Program Associate will work closely with the Program Manager and the rest of the projects’ teams to support day-to-day implementation of activities and provide technical input to participant organizations.

Salary Range: $60,000 – 66,000.
A candidate’s salary is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal organizational equity.
