Job SummaryJob DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Senior Project Manager will perform one or more of the many ongoing processes governed by the Program Management Office (PMO) in compliance and alignment to the PMO processes and methodologies. The Senior Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of assigned technical or regulatory projects to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope, and budget. Manages projects with High and significant level of value (benefit/cost), and at least a high level of complexity and uncertainty.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Plan the project and lead the project team.Develop a schedule with realistic timeline/milestones.Track project progress and address any deficiencies.Closely monitor and report on financials.Track, report and manage risks and issues.Serve as a key stakeholder/partner across multiple technical and business management areas.Ensures proper governance and management oversight.Ensures ongoing technology initiatives meet Cyber-Security & Risk Management best practices.Responsible for ongoing metric/KPI reporting to various stakeholders and executive management.Coordinate across multiple teams to resolve complex problems or barriers.Ensure project meets business goals and benefits.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:Undergraduate degree or equivalent and relevant work experience in the financial industry.Minimum of 5 years technical and regulatory experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.Project management experience with the following technologies/platforms: Operating systems, databases and/or middleware productsProven leadership ability to work in a fast-paced deadline sensitive work environment.Strong working knowledge of conventional, government and non -agency compliance requirements.Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives and achieving planned results in compliance operations.Nice-to-have:Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers.Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
