Our client is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager for their ICI projects throughout the GTA. Our client is looking for a strong project manager with 10+ years experience in the industry.

• Responsible for maintaining client relationships and satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor, coach and train personnel.
• Assist in tendering and awarding of trade contracts.
• Ensure all subcontractors receive drawings and specifications.
• Manage the budget process.
• Prepare and present monthly project cost reports.
• Deal with all day-to-day correspondence and ensure that the job site receives all correspondence in a timely manner.
• Assist in securing new work by participating in estimates, proposals, and presentations as requested.

• Engineering degree or college diploma in Construction Management
• 10+ years experience in the ICI construction industry
• Knowledge of construction, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and general industry practices
• Strong knowledge of safety standard
• Gold Seal Certified / LEED Accredited is an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Suretrak, Primavera P3 or P6 is an asset
• Procore and BIM software knowledge is an asset
