About the role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects and ensure their successful delivery. This remote role requires a professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in project management. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.

What you’ll do:

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage communication among stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
