Senior Research Fellow in school-based physical activity and knowledge exchange


We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Research Fellow to join the Centre for Physical Activity, Health, and Wellbeing in the Faculty of Health Studies. The post is funded through the Creating Active Schools theme within the Sport England Local Delivery Pilot in Bradford, (JU:MP; ) and will last for a period of 12 months. The successful applicant will lead the development and evaluation of key programme assets for the Creating Active Schools (CAS) programme within Bradford. This will involve working closely with regional, national, and international policy makers, practitioners, and researchers. The post holder would be expected to submit research grants to further the work within this area. In addition to this core role, the successful applicant will support the broader JU:MP programme to develop professional assets to share learning with regional, national, and international partners and networks.
