Are you someone with proven experience of managing a team?Do you want to use your extensive knowledge of Aquatic and Terrestrial Ecotoxicology in an exciting new role where you can lead a team to deliver the best possible service to our clients?Are you able to influence others and effect positive change within a global organization?At our site in Shardlow, Derbyshire we are looking to recruit a Scientific Manager within the Aquatic and Terrestrial team.The Senior Scientific Manager is responsible for leading the team of Study Directors to deliver high quality services in support of Ecotoxicology and Terrestrial studies to execute strategy for growth and continuous improvement. The Scientific Manager also ensures all processes are carried out according to the relevant regulatory standards, and are conducted in an efficient and financially effective manner.Job Responsibilities will include:To initiate, direct, monitor and review all work within the departmentTo expedite all works to agreed client/company timelinesTo provide advice and guidance on the scientific, technical and regulatory conduct of studies as well as for the interpretation, documentation and reporting of results.
