About this jobExcellent opportunity to join an expanding university spin out company that specialise in developing and implementing novel biomarker panels across disease diagnosis, drug development, clinical trials & personalised medicine.In this role, you will lead a project focused on leveraging mass spectrometry and proteomics to diagnose & monitor cardiac diseases.Responsibilities include:

• Development and validation of proteomic assays to clinical standards
• Management and execution of biomarker studies in clinical trials
• Communication with clients and external study teams
• Degree/PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related subject
• At least 3 years’ experience of developing LC-MS proteomics methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
