In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and run projects, program statistical analysis/reports and analyse datasets, tables, figures and listings. This role emphasizes CDISC ADaM programming and offers an opportunity to expand skills and showcase talent in an environment where progression is encouraged.Responsibilities:

• Run, overlook and project manage multi-disciplinary teams on assigned projects.
• Create, maintain and validate standard data structure and software.
• Plan and write standard departmental macros that are maintainable, supportable, well-documented, user-friendly, and accessible.
• Monitor procedures for program development and validation.
• Assist in the training of statisticians/programmers to ensure the development of data analysis skills.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or another relevant field.
• Master’s degree or PhD is preferable.
• Experience in most recent role must be relevant and solely involved in producing and signing-off analysis datasets – CDISC ADaM standard preferred.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of technologies.
• Professional leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
