Lead central initiatives to scale, innovate, and deliver excellent client experiences as a Technical Program Manager in our technology organization.   • Lead the delivery of technical programs that support institutional distribution, sales enablement, and client servicing platforms.
  • Partner with business customers, product partners, and engineering teams to define program goals, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage program execution across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and business priorities.
  • Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to customers across IT and the institutional business.
  • Translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reusable patterns, and governance processes to support long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to assess the impact of change and ensure readiness across impacted teams.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and regulatory trends relevant to institutional client servicing and distribution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program or product management, preferably in financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating extensive, multi-functional programs involving various collaborators and interconnections.
  • Good understanding of modern software development practices, architecture, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, using SQL, Databricks, or Python.
  • Experience with data visualization and exploration tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and partner management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting institutional sales, distribution, client servicing or investment management platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics, and workflow automation tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting institutional financial services (e.g., SEC).
  • Exposure to agile (Scrum) methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks.
