Additionally, you will work closely with engineering teams and engineering technical program managers to ensure alignment between AI R&D and engineering development schedules. You will drive project execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.QualificationsRequirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a technology or AI-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in education and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistics simply to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with educational technology or directly with educational leaders is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • 5+ years experience in project management tools and methodologies, including JIRA for strategic tracking.
  • Familiarity with SageMaker and Weights and Biases is a plus.
  • 5+ years Experience in facilitating alignment between R&D and engineering development schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • 5+ years Project Management in an R&D setting required
  • 5+ years Project Management in AI/Data Science setting required
  • Fluency and excitement with lates GenAI / (ChatGPT) – explain ways it’s made me better. Power user

Additional InformationThe expected annual base salary range for this position is: $111,000/year to $148,000/year. This position is bonus eligible / commission-based.
As a Remote-First company, actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors.
