The successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects in Ontario and across Canada with an in-house multi-disciplinary team of industry-leading experts.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to hold a lead role on traffic engineering public and private sector projects mostly P3 Projects. The successful candidate can be located in any of our Ontario offices.
As an Associate Technical Director in our growing Mobility Design and Engineering team, you will work primarily on projects to transform constrained urban corridors and improve mobility including Traffic staging, traffic signal coordination and transit signal priority. You will work closely with our in-house team of planners and engineers located in offices across Canada. You will have the opportunity to work with global industry leaders in a wide range of disciplines to deliver successful urban projects.Arcadis provides flexible and remote work arrangements, career development opportunities and a supportive and collaborative team environment. Notable experience should include a leading role completing traffic staging design of arterial roads and higher order transit. The ideal candidate will have experience working with provincial, regional, and municipal jurisdictions.The role sits within our global business area Mobility. We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring today’s mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world’s growing population. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position.
