• Support agile innovative infrastructure solutions/Infrastructure management solutions that take advantage of cloud technology to allow cost optimization, standardization
• Manage the OS, Load balancers, Web server related issues and configuration
• Manage the repave or patching activity seamlessly with help of IaC automation
• Collaborate with team to build and manage Cloud IaC (Infrastructure as Code) standards and implementation.
• Work closely with geographically distributed teams on technical challenges and process improvements
• On-call support
• Take control of the deliverables and lead the entire team

What you bring to the role

• Proficient in AWS or GCP Cloud
• Strong Windows Administration and tuning
• Hands-on experience with Performance Tuning, OS Patching, IIS Webserver support, Active Directory Management, Users and Group Management, DNS/NS Management, and SSL Certificate Management
• Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, LDAP, SMTP.
• Expert in PowerShell, and/or Python scripting
• Knowledge in Globalscape or similar FTP tools
• Nice to have knowledge in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub etc.
• Knowledge in observability tools such as Elastic
