Job Abstract
Working on the Level restaurant this place serves company and prospects, accepts cost and performs transactions, prepares meals. The Level restaurant is a fast-paced and excessive quantity environments.
Organizational Standing
Reviews to First Prepare dinner, Supervisor or Supervisor.
Work Carried out
1. Takes company and buyer meals orders at counter or at tables; prepares and calculates payments for cost.
2. Informs company and prospects concerning the menu together with selling and promoting the day by day specials and options.
3. Enters company and buyer orders in pc or money register and accepts cost through money, meal plan card, bonus playing cards, vouchers, debit, or bank card; distributes change and receipts as required; and cashes out as per UBC Meals Providers insurance policies. 4. Recommends meals stock ranges and calls in accredited orders; assists in sustaining stock.
5. Assists cooks within the preparation of meals, akin to, meat, greens, desserts, pastry sandwiches, salads and specialty gadgets; parts, plates, wraps, and packs meals gadgets.
6. Prepares made-to-order sandwiches; plates, parts and shelling out meals to company and prospects in a serving line in accordance with pre-determined UBC Meals Providers or franchise requirements.
7. Units up service counter, restaurant stations and replenishes provides on the market, making certain acceptable inventory ranges and correct inventory rotation in refrigeration, storage and counter show models.
