Service Advisor Apprentice – Cupra/SeatThis Apprenticeship Programme is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in the Automotive industry! We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to become a qualified Service Advisor and develop a long-term career here at JCT600.As a Vehicle Service Advisor working for Cupra/Seat, you will develop the ability to interpret customer and business needs using technology and resources to deliver first-class customer service. The role of a Service Advisor typically involves:

  • Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with technicians.
  • Booking vehicle services.
  • Using appropriate technology to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Liaising with customers about any additional work required.
  • Handling customer requests and complaints.
  • Estimating time and costs of repairs.
  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop.
