Our client in Dorval in the construction industry is currently looking for a service coordinator for there service department. This candidate is required to manage the daily maintenance & repair service calls requested by our
national retail/commercial industry clients while ensuring that the quality of service and customer satisfaction are achieved.Advantages
Monday-Friday (7AM-9AM – 4PM-6PM) (40 hours a week)
50,000$-58,000$ (based on experience)
3 weeks vacation

Manages daily maintenance & repair requests from various Retail Industry Clients as well as colleagues within the office.Keep clients fully informed from beginning to end of serviceFollow-up with Service TechniciansEnsure that invoicing is kept up to date and that we are respecting our client’s termsHandle basic quotations for service calls that surpass our client’s NTEsFinding new resources to help us maintain a competitive edge in the industry (nationally).Order entry with various administrative clerical tasksQualifications
Strong bilingual communication skills – both verbal and writtenExperience in a construction environment or previous jobVersatile and flexible under high pressure situationsProvide direction and solutions to technician’s who are handling the service callAbility to develop strong relationships with both internal and external resourcesStrong organizational skillsHas good negotiation skillsIf interested in this opportunity or know someone who would be a good fit.
