You’ll meet with them in their homes, installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of services, including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone. But that’s not all – You will set your customers up with services, provide on-site support and drive future growth for TELUS by highlighting sales opportunities designed to help our customers get the most out of their TELUS experience. With your exceptional customer service skills, you’ll educate our customers face-to-face on both new and existing products in their homes, all while increasing our sales and customer satisfaction.Are YOU someone who?
We need passionate and enthusiastic people, who will provide considerate and dedicated personalized customer service, that want to start their exciting careers at TELUS.What’s in it for YOU?We know that our success is tied to the people we hire which is why the rewards of starting your career with TELUS include an hourly wage of $29.71 plus sales commissions, annual bonuses and regular increases. This hourly wage includes a base wage of $24.71 with an additional $3/hour for the recognized skills of Smart Home Security and $2/hour for the Aerial Outside Plant Climbing skill. This is based on acquiring these skills recognized by the company and performing work related to these skills. We will provide you with extensive training to ensure your success in this role.
