This terms of Request for Proposal is targeted for each of the project-covered states, namely, Northern Bahr El Ghazal and Western Bahr El Ghazal for the provision of consultancy services to deliver business development services to youth-led MSEs in the States of Northern Bahr El Ghazal and Western Bahr El Ghazal. In this regard, any submission shall be specific for each state.
