Program responsibilities include the monitoring and evaluation of any assigned program to ensure the efficient and effective provision of service in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations, standards and Agency policies, procedures, and practices. The Supervisor establishes and maintains effective working relationships with individuals/families, advocates, and service providers/agencies.Qualifications

• Professional degree in social work from a school of social work in Canada that is accredited by the Canadian Association for Social Work Education.
• 5+ years of experience in a field directly related to the job with increasing accountability and complexity.
• 1+ years of experience in leading others.
• An equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training may be considered as appropriate.
