Program responsibilities include the monitoring and evaluation of any assigned program to ensure the efficient and effective provision of service in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations, standards and Agency policies, procedures, and practices. The Supervisor establishes and maintains effective working relationships with individuals/families, advocates, and service providers/agencies.Qualifications
