This confident and articulate communicator is comfortable in front of external and internal stakeholders, operating as a trusted adviser able to lend guidance to clients.The right candidate is a quick study, who thrives in an environment of continual change. They have demonstrable experience in ServiceNow implementation and process improvement initiatives. Being an adaptable, resilient self-starter who is able to remain laser-focused on high-quality deliverables will set you up for success.   • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements to aid development team
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing client business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and new features, and actively contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration and communication within the EY project team and between the team and client stakeholders. Act as a bridge between the development team and Client process owners.
  • Story Development: Create high quality detailed stories that reflect translate the business needs into technical details for ServiceNow development team
  • Remove Impediments: Support in identifying and removing impediments or obstacles that hinder the progress of the Scrum team.
  • Scrum Events: Participate in scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Assist the development team in Unit testing
  • Coordinate with both client & development team to make sure requirements are clarified and signed off
  • Contribute to development of job aids and training material

Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role you must have

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow or other enterprise grade platform
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery and/or operational roles
  • Prior experience with enterprise grade SaaS platforms and their application to business challenges
  • Proven ability to lead delivery across multiple projects and workstreams and perform well in matrix management organization

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Fundamentals is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery and/or operational roles
  • Experience with security operations
  • Previous experience with regulatory or compliance based technical solution delivery

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $64,000 to $132,000.
