Join us as a Business Process Consultant to add value to each of the ServiceNow product integrations for our clients.The ideal candidate has the following skills and abilities:

  • Proficiency in process analysis and workflow design in a user context.
  • Experience as a business analyst or business process consultant (5+ years) in a software package environment (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Workday or other).
  • Good understanding of user needs.
  • Experience in writing user stories and documenting development efforts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent French / English minimally functional).
  • A culture of learning, as updating knowledge and obtaining ServiceNow certifications is essential.
  • Leadership, able to guide clients and contribute to multiple projects at once.
  • Analytical and detail oriented.
  • Client satisfaction and problem-solving orientation.
  • Interested in business development and collaboration with presales.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practice (asset).

Education and certifications:
o University degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
o Any ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS) will be considered an asset. As a ServiceNow Business ProcessConsultant, the role and responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the design, deployment and integration of ServiceNow products for our clients.
  • Contribute to project planning and delivery methodology definition.
  • Design and lead client demonstrations and workshops.
  • Recommend solutions for implementation or integration projects between ServiceNow and other existing systems.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow and extended project teams to meet client business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze client business needs.
  • Define business processes and process improvement areas.
  • Create high quality written deliverables.
  • Assist in backlog prioritization and test plan definition.
  • Participate in application review, testing and quality control activities.
  • Design and conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Ensure the quality and adequacy of the proposed solutions with the clients’ business needs
