Students will work in teams to develop their own innovative product idea, and will produce a sound business plan to support their product.Lecture Section: LEC01 (TUE 4-6pm)Course Enrollment (est.): 20Number of Positions (est.): OneQualifications: Previous teaching experience as the Instructor of CSCD54H3 or equivalent (required).Duties: All normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and exams; calculation and submission of grades; submission of a deferred exam; holding regular office hours; supervising TAs assigned to course. Additional duties for this course include setting up and managing mentoring for student teams by knowledgeable domain experts, setting up checkpoints for student projects, and organizing and end-of-term showcase of student work.Estimated TA Support (Hours): Approximately 33 hours.Sessional dates of appointment: September 3 – December 31, 2024Salary: Sessional Lecturer I $12,700.00; Sessional Lecturer I Long Term $13,450.00; Sessional Lecturer II $14,200.00; Sessional Lecturer III $15,200.00.
