Students are encouraged to work in all production and postproduction forms including live video recording, GIFs and animation. In addition to hands-on instruction to cameras and editing software, this course includes individual and group critiques, seminars, and critical viewing of contemporary moving image artworks.Estimated course enrolment: 20Number of positions: 1Estimated TA support: NoneSessional dates of appointment: July 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025Salary (per half-course, inclusive of vacation):Sessional Lecturer I: $ 9,457.90Sessional Lecturer I Long Term: $ 9,930.79Sessional Lecturer II $ 10,121.77Sessional Lecturer II Long Term: $ 10,326.62Sessional Lecturer III: $ 10,362.76Sessional Lecturer III Long Term: $ 10,570.02Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.Minimum qualifications: MA or MFA required with teaching experience.
