About the Role:Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. Survey Tip: Employees matched to this job family may be known as warehouse associates, shipping, receiving, pick-packs, or stores clerks.Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.This position pays at $18.00What You’ll Do:Accurately pick product based on part number and quantities on assigned pick listsMaintain records of merchandise shippedReport discrepancies accuratelyMeet and maintain departmental productivity standardsEnsure housekeeping is a daily priorityWork as part of a teamEnsure co-worker safety and departmental securityPerform additional duties as assigned by SupervisorAssist in departmental coverage as required, including weekends if neededWork in a safe manner. Be conscientious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established health and safety measures and practices of the company.
