Hard working, enthusiastic and conscientious, you will have well-developed motivational skills and evidence of involvement in change management and improvement.You have a mature and thorough approach to your work, coupled with a desire to take the service forward through quality initiatives, extending and developing nursing roles and an enthusiasm for learning new skills and competencies.Main duties of the jobYou will prioritise, admit, assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of care of the patient’s journey to the expectedhigh standard.You will coordinate day to day shift and be responsible for the patient flow and coordinate care on the unit.You will work as a keymember of the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the processes that promote patient safety and quality of care in line with clinicalgovernance frameworks.You will support the junior and the newly qualified.
