Job DescriptionCEDA is currently hiring a Site Manager for our Tailing Management & Environmental Solutions team! This position is for a proven leader with experience in developing strategic initiatives and can provide a vision for future CEDA growth!What we offer:

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- The go to person to monitor field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion is in an efficient, reliable, cost effective and as always, safe manner
- Providing leadership, strategic direction and a vision for future growth and development by ensuring that employees are well informed, aligned and held accountable
- Always adhering to company health, safety, environmental standards, policies and procedures while maintaining on-going knowledge of local, provincial and federal guidelines for compliance
- Leading the team through assessments and implementing training and staff development to improve employee productivity and overall organization’s performance
- Well organized when performing administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services
- Assisting in the development, presentation & explanation of proposals, reports, and findings to clients
- Ensuring work scopes are setup and managed in accordance with CEDA and our clients and as it relates to overall project cost, schedule, progress measurements and change order management.
Role Specifications
- Business or Technical degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years’ experience in industrial services/maintenance in the oil & gas industry
- 3 – 5 years in a management or supervisory role
- Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Suite of products
Skills
- You have a natural ability to lead crews where you can share a laugh, do the challenging work and get the job done safely
- You’re happiest working in a team and representing CEDA well to our clients! Maintaining relationships with customers (internal and external) is a must
- You’re flexible – a job like this requires some flexibility in scheduling, and in emergency cases 24/7
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- You are highly motivated and proactive; eagerly accepting new challenges
