Job Description

  • Works in a dynamic, secure cloud environment with expertise in multiple IT disciplines and technologies

  • Maintains service infrastructure for high availability, performance, and optimal customer experience

  • Deploys and updates systems, services, and supporting infrastructure autonomously to streamline processes and increase efficiency

  • Focuses on security and compliance in a highly regulated environment

  • Implements fully automated processes to reduce manual work and increase productivity

  • Collaborates with motivated engineers from diverse backgrounds in software engineering, system engineering, and product management

Your Role

  • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks

  • Plan and manage system capacity to optimize resource usage and cost efficiency

  • Coordinate and oversee the release and deployment of products, while continuously improving existing processes

  • Automate monitoring and alerting to improve efficiency, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure

  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, and provide support to ensure customer success

  • Utilize the Dynatrace platform to monitor and optimize system performance and user experience.
