The Social and Behaviour Change Specialist gives technical and operational help for growing a scientific, deliberate and evidence-based technique and course of for SBC as an integral a part of programme growth, planning and implementation. Abstract of key capabilities/accountabilities:
  • Generate & Use Proof: Generate and make the most of analysis, knowledge, and proof to tell the design, measurement, and monitoring of SBC applications and outcomes in each growth and emergency contexts and to construct the proof base for SBC.
  • Design, plan and implement: Design, plan and implement SBC actions which might be backed by social and behavioural proof and robust engagement and participation mechanisms in each growth and humanitarian contexts.
  • Advocate & Construct Partnerships: Help operationalization of SBC by advocating for SBC, mobilizing sources, coordinating throughout stakeholders, sectors and groups, and partnership constructing.
  • Construct Capacities: Promote steady studying, strengthening, and scaling up in SBC for each growth and humanitarian contexts by means of capability constructing for UNICEF workers and companions.
To qualify as an advocate for each little one you should have:
