The purpose of the Safeguarding Adult Team is to ensure that there is a consistent and timely approach to applying safeguarding thresholds, identifying and addressing immediate risk and establishing the outcomes of the person involved, in line with Making Safeguarding Personal principles. The focus is on making safeguarding personal and therefore the service user remains at the centre of the enquiry.You will provide short term intervention (usually 3 working days) during which time you will aim to make enquiries to enable you to:
