We are seeking a Software Engineer II role contributing to our Customer Engineering team. The Customer Engineering group is responsible for systems and processes that interact with Clearco customers, partners, and internal employees.
What your day-to-day will look like:
You will design and build software systems with a focus on performance and maintainability
You will be on the front-lines of both new product initiatives as well as iterations on our core platform
You will work on highly visible technical features and collaborate with other engineering teams to solve complex problems
Work in a fast paced and energetic agile environment structured as individual sprints
Contribute to core product projects as well as experimental work
Participate in incident response and post-mortems, ensuring issues are resolved and learnings are applied
Qualifications
3+ years of experience building web applications, ideally with technologies like TypeScript, Vue.js and Node.js
Familiarity with cloud service providers, SQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with testing methodologies, including functional testing (unit, integration, UAT), automated testing, and performance/load testing
Knowledge of NIX environments and operating system and browser details (including processes, threads and file systems)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
