Job Description:
The Southern NH Health Call Center is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week department.
About the Job
Processes all internal and external calls and codes accurately. Directs all visitors, interacts with many customers of the Medical Center and Foundation while remaining calm and professional. Answering Service for 50+ FMP offices.
What You’ll Do
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Call Center and Switchboard experience preferred. Healthcare related experience preferred. Medical Terminology helpful.
