The Academy Sous Chef will work alongside the Academy Head Chef in offering meals manufacturing providers and kitchen operations within the Academy; the Centre for Meals, Drink and Tradition, by way of supporting and guiding the kitchen groups and college students in persistently delivering high quality, number of meals and menus on provide to prospects to the agreed requirements. The Sous Chef will help in managing the operations of the kitchen within the absence of the Head Chef.
