Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunity
Customer Service Rep Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; Bilingual English/Spanish
Previous experience working customer service in call center setting is preferred, not required.

Job Overview:
DiPasquale Moore is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task. This position requires regular attendance; answering calls and fielding them, accordingly and assisting in various administrative duties as needed.
Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
Occasionally assist the Intake Specialists when needed
Answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls – as many as 200+ daily
Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and/or Case Manager by use of our electronic case management system, Neos
Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient
Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent telephone etiquette
Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred; call center experience a plus but not required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
