Catering to students aged 5 to 16, the school features a blend of residential and school-based learning, with a vibrant community of over 80 pupils.As a key member of the team, you will support learners on an individual and whole-class basis, helping to develop their academic, social, and emotional skills. This a permanent opportunity. Working Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, you’ll engage with a dynamic and inclusive curriculum tailored to the unique needs of the students.Benefits:

Requirements:

• Prior care or education experience (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Support SEN learners across KS1-KS4 on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
• Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding students’ progress
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, parents’ evenings, and school training events
